Welcome to Playsonic!

Playsonic is a mobile application designed to facilitate the booking of padel courts, matchmaking between players, and scheduling lessons and tournaments. By accessing or using the Playsonic platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Provisions

1. Users must be at least 14 years old to access and use the Playsonic application.

2. All users must use the app responsibly and refrain from tampering with its content or functionality.

3. By using this app, users acknowledge and accept the displayed specifications of courts, games, and services offered.

4. All intellectual property rights related to Playsonic, including content, design, and functionality, belong to Playsonic. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of the app’s content is strictly prohibited.

2. Reservation and Payment

1. Users must pay a down payment or the full booking fee as specified in the app to confirm a reservation.

2. Payment methods include in-app payment gateways.

3. Full payment is mandatory before accessing the booked court.

4. Rental prices are subject to change at any time, with such changes reflected in the app. Prices include applicable sales taxes.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

1. Full Refunds: Users may cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund.

2. No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation are non-refundable.

3. Refunds for canceled bookings will be processed within 12 business days to the user's original payment method.

4. Game Participation Policies

1. Matches require four players. Each player must confirm their attendance 24 hours before the game.

2. Players joining less than 24 hours prior must confirm attendance immediately.

3. If a match remains unconfirmed 12 hours before the game, court administrators reserve the right to cancel and reassign the court.

5. No-Show Policy

1. Attendance Confirmation: Players receive reminders at 24, 8, and 4 hours before the game.

2. Last-Minute Cancellations: If a player cancels within four hours of the game, Playsonic will attempt to find a replacement from the waiting list. If successful, the cancellation amount will be credited to the canceling player’s wallet.

3. No-Show Penalties: Players who fail to attend a match without prior notice will:
○ Be charged the full reservation amount.
○ Face a 14-day ban for the first no-show.
○ Receive a one-year ban after three no-shows within 12 months.

4. Reimbursement for Other Players: In case of no-shows, other players unable to play will be reimbursed their part of the booking cost to the user's original payment method.

6. Court Conditions

1. Users may refuse to accept a court if it:
○ Is unfit for play upon inspection.
○ Fails to meet safety standards.
○ Deviates from specifications agreed upon during booking.

2. In such cases, users can request:
○ A replacement court.
○ Rescheduling of the game.
○ A refund of the booking fee.

7. User and Owner Responsibilities

1. Users:
○ Must adhere to safety guidelines, respect court rules, and ensure courteous and polite behavior at all times.
○ Are liable for damages caused to the court, equipment, or facilities due to misuse.

2. Court Owners:
○ Must provide courts and equipment that meet agreed specifications and safety standards.
○ Are responsible for securing all necessary permits and ensuring service availability.

8. Liability Disclaimer

1. Playsonic is not responsible for:
○ Injuries or fatalities resulting from games or use of courts.
○ Disputes between players.
○ Loss or theft of personal belongings at the court.

2. Playsonic reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users are encouraged to review them periodically.
